Several of the pieces were stuck and one still is

It appears as if the puzzle pieces were not quite dry when it was assembled for shipping. Some of the pieces were stuck to the frame with little spots of paint. The largest letter is still stuck and has no cutout in it to use to pry it loose. Not sure that I would recommend to others.

Disappointed on all the numbers and letters edges as to being so rough. When I saw your advertising on Fox and Friends it was said the letters were smooth for little fingers. We have to sand all before giving to our 1 yr old great grandson.
